About This Position
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to keep our front office operations humming while supporting the HR Department and all DSC team members.
Position Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and callers while creating a positive first impression of our organization
- Manage front office operations and administrative support functions for our Reserve, LA facility
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Support HR programs and projects, employee communications, and personnel records
- Coordinate meetings, events, and company initiatives
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and potential hires
Minimum Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business technology tools
- Previous administrative, customer service, and human resources experience required
